Solutions SAP REACH
Trasys provides all the services needed to roll out a SAP-based REACH compliant solution using the SAP REACH Compliance application.
The SAP REACH Compliance application tracks substances through the production, buying, and sales processes, showing in which materials and products a substance is used and in what quantity. Because it is integrated into the logistic processes such as production, purchasing, and sales, the application can identify the substances used in each preparation and product and allows proper monitoring of the required quantities.
The three main functional blocks of the SAP REACH Compliance application are:
- Substance and Usage Management: Substance and usage management provides the functions necessary to maintain and manage all your REACH-relevant data for each substance registered (substance properties, uses, and exposure scenarios) and requisite documents (CSA/CSR).
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Supply chain collaboration functionality supports all processes involved in REACH-related communication and collaboration within the logistic supply chain. This includes upstream communication and collaboration with suppliers as well as downstream collaboration with customers.
- Legal Process Management for REACH: With process management functionality tailored to support REACH compliance, you can organise and monitor all authority-related processes including registration, notification, and authorisation.
The SAP REACH Compliance application is based on the SAP Environment, Health & Safety (SAP EH&S) application and is jointly developed by SAP AG and TechniData AG, two close business partners of Trasys.
